breakfast: greek yogurt, granola, chia seeds, bee pollen

lunch: tomatoes, blueberries, banana

snack: bread roll

dinner: chicken breast with veggies, 1 glass white wine, 1 glass champagne

total: 1360kcal

Exercise: 45mins bike ride
